ON 27 February 2023 it will be 44 years since Minh and Deanne Do left their home in Vietnam, fleeing the communist regime who had taken control of the country in 1975.
They had with them their two sons, Tu (born in November 1975) and Chau (born in June 1977). Dee was pregnant with their daughter Lindy.
Many locals and visitors have enjoyed a meal at the Do's Tong Fong Restaurant but few know . . .
