The controversial toilets at the carpark on Skillmans Lane have been closed since an incident on the weekend of 7 and 8 September when vandals again damaged the facilities.
As yet the date of the reopening is unknown, although Council is hoping that they will be open in time for the Vision Splendid Festival on the October long weekend.
