Lightning struck again for Toby Jones as his envelope was drawn for the second year in a row as one of the latest winners of the Coonamble Chamber of Commerce Buy Local competition.
Butcher Joe Bellgardt picked Toby from a packed barrel of letters outside his shop on the main street.
He has been entering the draw since it began and last year won $500.
