A man was taken to hospital on Friday 15 August after veering off the highway and crashing into Gulargambone's skate park.
A police spokesperson said emergency services were called at about 6:50am to Jack White Memorial Park opposite Ferguson's Store.
Officers arrived to find a white sedan had crashed into a pole at the park.
