THE Coonamble Dental Clinic on Castlereagh Street is yet to open in 2023 as they continue their struggle to attract staff.
The last dentist in Coonamble was here temporarily on a locum basis, and finished up in October 2022, meaning people are forced to travel over 100kilometres to attend dental appointments in other towns.
The clinic is owned and operated by the Coonamble Aboriginal Health Service (CAHS) who took over the clinic in April of 2012.
