ANNE Cullen said she was “overwhelmed” when an envelope with her name on it was drawn from the cement truck holding thousands of entries at the Christmas Street Party.
“I can’t really believe it,” Mrs Cullen said. “I always try to spend locally but I didn’t expect this. I’m not sure what to do next.”
