The Australian wool market both positive and negative movements across different types this week, resulting in very little change to the overall market.
On the opening day of selling results were mixed, with movements in the individual AWEX Micron Price Guides (MPGs) for Merino fleece ranging between +28 cents (17.5 micron in the South) through to 33 cents (23 micron MPG in the South).
The skirtings recorded minimal movements and the oddments reduced slightly, while the crossbred sector recorded a small overall rise.
